Job summary

You will partner with on-site teams to optimize operations, strengthen communities, and uphold Carteret’s values of customer service, communication, and competency while traveling as required.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership across multiple properties or sites.
• Deep knowledge of affordable housing programs and compliance (Fair Housing, landlord-tenant laws).
• Strong operational and financial management skills; ability to optimize performance across a portfolio.
• Passion for developing teams and improving communities.
