You will partner with on-site teams to elevate operations, optimize efficiency, and strengthen communities in line with Carteret’s values of customer service, communication, and competency.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-site property management.
• Strong knowledge of affordable housing programs and compliance.
• Excellent operational and financial management skills.
• Ability to travel as required.
