Job summary

Inizio Engage seeks a Regional Manager to oversee a team of Metabolic Educators delivering disease-state education to healthcare professionals in obesity and liver disease areas. The role is field-based within the United States, with up to 75% overnight travel and close collaboration with client teams.

The ideal candidate has senior leadership experience in clinical education or field sales, with expertise in metabolic health and a healthcare license.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (BSN) or Registered Dietitian (Bachelor’s in Nutrition) or Advanced Practice Nurse or Physician’s Assistant with 3+ years post-educational experience with an active healthcare license.
• 3+ years of field leadership/supervisory management experience in Clinical Education or Field Sales.
• Experience in metabolic health space preferred.
• Certified Obesity Educator or Certified Diabetes Educator preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate sound decision making and judgment in operational, Compliance and HR responsibilities.
• Support team leadership in the operational execution of program requirements as contractually required.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the CE team as the key point person.
• Ensure KPIs are met/exceeded for direct reports.
• Provide ongoing assessment of territory outputs/needs with quantitative and qualitative evidence.
• Demonstrate knowledge of CRM systems and reporting dashboards.
• Assist in creation and maintenance of client/Inizio requested reports.
• Prepare regionally generated reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence for distribution.
• Provide field coaching and performance management to direct reports.
