Madison Communities seeks a Regional Manager to lead operations across a multi-state portfolio. You will supervise Community Managers, optimize financial performance, and drive strong resident satisfaction.

The role requires travel across NC and SC, leadership in leasing and marketing, and a focus on budgeting and service delivery. BA/BS and at least 3 years in regional multifamily management are essential.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in Multifamily Regional Management.
• Experience with Luxury Class A lease-up communities preferred.
• Proven leadership in supervising multiple property teams.

Responsibilities

• Focus on financial performance and staffing across the portfolio.
• Hire, train, coach, and supervise Community Managers.
• Achieve budgeted income, expenses, and leasing goals.
• Develop marketing strategies for lease-ups and regular reviews.
• Travel across NC/SC to provide in-person leadership and oversight.
• Collaborate with Construction Services on capital improvements.
