Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a Regional Manager – in-office to oversee 6-10 practices in the Michigan region. The role focuses on growth, process improvements, and full P&L responsibility while nurturing a collaborative team environment.

You will travel to nearby offices, provide coaching to staff, align staffing with business needs, and partner with the office manager and talent team to recruit and onboard top talent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience managing multiple locations in retail or healthcare.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to interpret financial statements and drive growth.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 6-10 Aspen Dental practices and drive growth initiatives.
• Own full profit and loss responsibility for the region.
• Train and develop staff and ensure adherence to procedures.
• Coordinate staffing needs with talent acquisition for effective onboarding.
