Sunbelt Rentals is seeking a Regional Manager to drive growth and profitability across a designated territory. You will lead and motivate employees, ensure optimal talent placement, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong sales leadership, strategic planning, and the ability to coach managers while aligning fleet, pricing, and service programs with company goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of district-level management experience plus 2 years in sales.
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
• Proven track record of profit and loss accountability.
• Ability to coach, mentor, and develop subordinates.
• Experience with multiple product lines and technical design a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop action plans clearly outlining the tactical steps to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual goals.
• Review all Profit and Loss Reports and adjust strategy to improve regional operations.
• Develop regional structure capable of meeting customer needs and growth objectives.
• Lead Store Managers in maximizing profits with fleet optimization and pricing strategies.
• Drive execution of programs with management and provide direction amid changing conditions.
• Lead sales function and ensure exceptional customer service across management and staff.
