Job summary

OVEC is seeking a regional supervisor to oversee Henry, Eminence and Oldham Early Head Start/Head Start sites. You will coach, mentor and support family services, admin and classroom staff across districts.

The role ensures program quality aligns with state licensing, Head Start standards and OVEC policies, reporting to the Director and Specialists. A strong focus on staff development and compliance is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood or related field.
• Minimum three years of Head Start, Early Childhood, or related field experience.
• Management experience in supervision, coaching, and mentoring staff desired.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple OVEC sites (Henry, Eminence & Oldham Early Head Start/Head Start).
• Provide coaching, mentoring and support to family services, administrative and classroom staff.
• Ensure program quality complies with state laws, licensing, Head Start Standards and OVEC policies.
