Job summary

OVEC is seeking a regional supervisor to oversee Henry, Eminence and Oldham Early Head Start/Head Start sites. You will coach, mentor and support family services, admin and classroom staff across districts.

The role ensures program quality aligns with state licensing, Head Start standards and OVEC policies, reporting to the Director and Specialists. A strong focus on staff development and compliance is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood or related field.
• Minimum three years of Head Start, Early Childhood, or related field experience.
• Management experience in supervision, coaching, and mentoring staff desired.

Assess that overall program quality adheres to all state laws, licensing regulations, Head Start Performance Standards, OVEC Policy and Procedures, and instructions from the Director and/or Specialists.

COMPENSATION

$64,416-$81,292 Based on a Candidates Approved/Verified Education and Relevant Experience.
