NOTE: Athens is a central location to the portfolio that this position covers. This position covers a portfolio with properties in Athens, Nelsonville, McArthur, Wellston, Oakhill, Pomeroy, and New Lexington.

You are an experienced Regional Manager with at least five (5) years of property management experience, three (3) years in a manager-level role and a passion for affordable housing. Overall, you’ll be responsible for maximizing the operational and financial performance of an assigned portfolio of communities through the deployment of effective leadership and industry best practices.
