Job summary

Carteret Management Corporation is seeking a Regional Manager for a Central Florida portfolio of affordable housing communities. The role blends strategic oversight with hands-on leadership to ensure operational success, regulatory compliance, and exceptional resident experiences.

You will partner with on-site teams to elevate performance, optimize operations, and strengthen communities, aligning with Carteret’s values of customer service, communication, and competency.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in multi-site property management.
• Deep knowledge of affordable housing programs and compliance.
• Strong operational and financial management skills.
• A passion for developing teams and improving communities.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years as a Regional Manager, or 10+ years as an on-site Property Manager with relevant certifications.
