McKinsey & Company is seeking a part-time apprentice in New Jersey to support the full-recruiting lifecycle. You will work with the Talent Attraction team and client service professionals, handling data in the ATS, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews and events.

You will support the full-recruiting life cycle, from candidate attraction to offer, while working closely with Talent Attraction (TA) team members and client service professionals (CSPs).
You will be based inNew Jersey as part of our TA team, supporting various administrative tasks and projects, including data management using the Applicant Tracking System, providing candidate support, coordinating recruiting events and interview logistics, and assisting with resume screening. You will collaborate with TA team members and CSPs, participate in relevant training sessions, and contribute to select team projects. Your work offers practical experience across elements of the full-recruiting life cycle, with opportunities to build professional relationships and enhance organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
