Job summary

Skin Pharm TX LLC is seeking a full-time Regional Manager to lead operations across multiple clinics in a designated region. You will work with the Director of Clinic Operations, Practice Managers, providers and staff to ensure efficient clinics, high-quality patient care and compliance while pursuing business goals.

The role requires travel between clinics (approximately 50%), strong leadership, strategic thinking and an ability to adapt in a growing company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business management or a related field.
• Experience in healthcare management, preferably in a clinic or ambulatory setting with knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance.
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills to manage and collaborate with Skin Pharm teams.
• Leads by example with compassion and integrity while nurturing Skin Pharm’s culture and vision.
• Strategic thinking and problem solving abilities for complex business challenges.
• Willingness to travel between Skin Pharm clinics within the region; adapt to a fast-paced environment.

ABOUT THE JOB

As Clinic Regional Manager, you will assume a leadership role overseeing the operations and performance of multiple Skin Pharm clinics within a designated region. Your primary goal is to ensure each clinic operates efficiently while providing high quality patient care and achieving business goals.

In this role, you will work closely with the Director of Clinic Operations, clinic Practice Managers, providers + administrative staff to maintain consistency, compliance and an exceptional patient experience. This position has a 50% travel requirement.
