• Proven leadership or management experience in a human services or healthcare setting
• Strong knowledge of Ohio DODD rules, regulations, and compliance standards

• Ability to travel within the assigned region regularly
• Valid Ohio driver's license and reliable transportation
• Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Work, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred
