Job summary

Legend Senior Living® is seeking a Regional Director of Operations to lead day-to-day operations across multiple communities including Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care. You will coordinate resident care, sales, maintenance, life enrichment, and dining services while guiding training and strategic coaching for each site.

The role requires travel within the region, strong budget and scheduling experience, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership in a senior role with success in meeting financial and operational goals.
• Minimum 5 years in an operations role within assisted living, independent living, memory care, or a similar setting.
• Ability to travel regionally, including overnight stays.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with budgeting and scheduling.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple communities (Assisted Living, Independent Living and Memory Care).

• Support the VP of Operations and Residence Directors with training, education and strategic coaching.

The Regional Director of Operations is responsible for supporting the operational efforts of multiple buildings.

Responsibilities-- Regional Director of Operations

• Oversee the day to day operations of multiple communities (Assisted Living, Independent Living and Memory Care)
• Oversee the coordination of resident care, sales, maintenance, life enrichment and dining services departments
• Support the Vice President of Operations and Residence Directors by providing training, education and strategic coaching for each community
• Ensure adherence with all state and federal guidelines to ensure the highest level of compliance

Requirements

• Required: Demonstrated success in a leadership role including exceeding financial and operational goals
• Prefer: A minimum of 5 years of experience in an operations role for Assisted Living, Independent Living, Memory Care, and/or Skilled Nursing Facility environment
• Prefer: Multi-site management in similar environment
• Required: The ability to travel throughout the assigned region as needed, some travel to include overnight stays
• Required: Ability to manage multiple priorities and responsibilities
• Required: Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Required: Experience with budgeting and scheduling
• Required: Computer skills to include proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
