Qualifications
- 5 years of multifamily property management experience.
- 2 years as a Regional Manager strongly preferred.
- Proven success overseeing multi-site or large portfolios; strong NOI focus.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day to day operations of a regional multifamily portfolio.
- Drive occupancy NOI resident satisfaction and expense control.
- Lead coach and develop Property Managers and onsite teams.
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing safety standards and company policies.
- Conduct regular property inspections and performance reviews.
- Analyze financial and operational reports; implement improvement strategies.
- Support hiring training and performance management initiatives.
- Partner with ownership and senior leadership to execute business plans.
