Job summary

Somerset Pacific is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee a portfolio of affordable housing communities. You will lead onsite teams, ensure compliance with LIHTC, HUD, RD, Section 8, and HOME programs, and drive operational and financial performance while maintaining resident-focused communities.

You will mentor Property Managers, monitor leasing, maintenance, and reporting, and promote safety and satisfaction across properties. Travel between sites is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in affordable housing property management, preferably multi-site oversight.
• Strong knowledge of LIHTC, HUD, RD, Section 8, HOME and Fair Housing compliance.
• Leadership and team development experience.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between properties.
