Job summary

Clinical Pathology Laboratories, Inc. is seeking an experienced Operations Leader in El Paso, TX. This role oversees facilities and personnel, driving quality, service, and revenue growth while ensuring fiscal efficiency.

You will develop and execute strategies to grow CPL’s market share, foster staff development, and maintain strong relationships with referring physicians and administrators. This role emphasizes compliance, safety, and PHI protection.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• A valid driver’s license and an excellent driving record for the past three years.
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under time constraints, without close supervision.
• 5–10 years of medical management (preferably laboratory medicine).
• To include management of multiple facilities and departments (Stat Labs, Patient Service Centers, Logistics and various service departments).

• MBA is a plus but not required.

• Strong General Operations Management experience to include business growth and development.
