Job summary

Guardian Dentistry Partners is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to oversee multiple general dental practices in the region. You will lead Practice Managers, ensure patient care standards, and implement scalable systems to drive practice success.

This full-time role requires 5+ years in multi-site dental operations, strong leadership, P&L literacy, and up to 75% travel across Alabama and Florida Panhandle. We offer bonus opportunities and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent education/experience.
• 5+ years of regional multi-site operations experience.
• Strong leadership and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to interpret P&L and KPIs.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% in AL & FL.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of multiple dental offices in the region.
• Hire, coach, and lead Practice Managers and teams.
• Develop staff training, planning, recruiting, and retention strategies.
• Provide reports and analyze financial and operating metrics.
• Maintain best-in-class systems and processes (procurement, inventory, vendor management, marketing reviews).
