Our Regional Management Trainee (RMT) Program offers an accelerated development path for graduates to reach their full potential and become future business leaders.

The journey:

Nurturing future leaders is key to our success. Our RMT program is an 18-month intensive training, exposing participants to various business environments through job rotations, blended learning, mentorship, corporate training, and special projects. Participants will receive guidance from experienced mentors and have opportunities to connect with senior leaders, alumni, and peers. Successful graduates are offered roles within the company, with potential advancement to Manager or Senior Manager within 2-5 years.

Functions involved:

Operations: Focused on delivering results, providing hands-on experience in warehouse operations, designing solutions, and executing them for global retail clients, especially during major online campaigns like 11.11.

Candidate profile:

• Bachelor's or master's degree (any discipline) with a good GPA
• Fresh graduates or up to 2 years of work experience
• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, proactive, and driven
• Passionate about the Supply Chain industry
• Proficient in spoken and written English
