Job summary

RaceTrac, Inc. is seeking an Advanced Service Technician to maintain and repair up to 15 RaceTrac and Raceway stores in a designated region.

The role reports to the Haltom City home store at 5524 Denton Hwy, Haltom City, TX 76148, and requires strong trades knowledge to keep all sites fully operable. The technician will handle HVACR, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and fueling systems, with emphasis on reliability and customer service.

Qualifications

• Technical School training in HVACR or electrical.
• EPA Type 1 & 2 refrigerant certification required or in process.
• Retail maintenance experience a plus.
• Experience with fuel dispensers and pumps a plus.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Resolves maintenance issues at RaceTrac and Raceway locations to ensure operability 24/7.
• Maintains high skill level and customer service in every repair.
• Serves as a knowledge expert in HVACR, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and fueling systems.
• Maintains tools and inventory on the service vehicle.
• Supports cross-functional store initiatives and ad hoc requests.
• Keeps up to date with local/state facility guidelines and cross-trains with other technicians.
