Job summary

NewCold in the United States seeks a Regional Maintenance Technician to actively drive improved technical capability, asset performance, repair and maintenance planning, training and execution to support safe and efficient operations across multiple sites. This role serves as a bridge to ensure new facilities begin operations smoothly while providing hands-on site support and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

4 to 7 years of experience in maintenance roles within industrial, manufacturing, or automated warehouse environments.
Strong knowledge of conveyor systems and automated material handling equipment, including troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
Solid mechanical expertise in crane systems, including inspection, maintenance, and repair.

Responsibilities

Lead regional maintenance initiatives to improve asset performance and maintenance planning.
Coordinate with site leadership to align repairs, PM schedules and standard work processes.
Provide hands-on site support and mentoring to maintenance teams to uphold safety and reliability.
Collaborate with regional teams to develop maintenance capabilities and implement best practices.
Support QESH leadership to ensure procedures, policies and safety rules are followed.
Analyze failures and drive continuous improvement using data-driven methods.
