Job summary

NewCold Coöperatief U.A. in Indiana is seeking a Regional Maintenance Technician to drive improvements in asset performance, planning, and hands-on maintenance across multiple sites.

The role requires 4–7 years in industrial maintenance, strong knowledge of conveyor systems, crane systems, and automation; travel 50–70%. You will mentor technicians and implement maintenance best practices to support safe operations in a fast-growing, international company.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician in industrial/manufacturing/automation.
• Strong knowledge of conveyor systems and automated material handling equipment.
• Solid mechanical expertise in crane systems including inspection, maintenance and repair.
• Experience with TGW, MIAS, Danbach or similar automation systems preferred.
• Proven ability to mentor and train maintenance technicians; prioritize work.
• Commitment to safety, preventive maintenance and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Engage Site Maintenance teams to align support for Operation and Maintenance Excellence.
• Coordinate adherence to Repairs, PM schedules and standard work processes; report KPI trends.
• Share maintenance best practices and training across sites.
• Develop capability of technical teams through training and coaching.
• Resolve reliability issues via on-site support and mentoring; analyze data.
• Travel 50–70% as required; support multiple sites.
