Job summary

HMC Hospitality Group is seeking a Regional Maintenance Technician to support multiple restaurant locations in the Chicagoland region. You'll perform routine and preventative maintenance on buildings, equipment, and utilities to keep operations safe and efficient.

The role requires at least 1 year of maintenance experience, knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, and the ability to read technical manuals and use hand and power tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in building/equipment maintenance.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Ability to read technical manuals and use hand/power tools.
• Strong communication and physical stamina (lift up to 50 lbs).
