This is a full-time, on-site Maintenance Technician role based in Chicago, IL. The Maintenance Technician will perform routine and emergency maintenance in residential buildings, including troubleshooting and repairing plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building systems. Daily tasks include completing work orders, conducting apartment turns, performing preventive maintenance on equipment and building systems, and maintaining common areas, grounds, and building exteriors. The role also involves working with property management and resident services teams to respond promptly and professionally to resident service requests, ensuring safe, clean, and well-maintained living environments. The Maintenance Technician will follow safety protocols, maintain tools and supplies, and may participate in rotating on-call coverage for after-hours emergencies.
