Opco-Skilled-Management- is seeking a Regional Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance department, ensure environmental center compliance, and maintain sanitary, safe, and efficient operations. The role emphasizes coordination with environmental services, nursing, and facility staff, and ensuring quality laundry service.

The position requires a high school diploma, 1–2 years of supervisory experience in a commercial laundry/housekeeping/maintenance setting, and preferred 2+ years in

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• 1–2 years supervisory experience in a commercial setting with laundry/housekeeping/maintenance knowledge.
• Prefer 2 years of work experience in long-term care.
• HVAC experience helpful.
• Maintenance experience required; healthcare experience preferred but trainable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Environmental Services staff and manage daily work across the center.
• Administer expense budgets, staffing, and interdepartmental communications.
• Execute preventive maintenance programs and maintain records.
• Maintain center documentation for parts, materials, and fuel.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs per codes and regulations.
• Collaborate with residents, nurses, physicians, and staff on service requests and infection prevention; follow up as needed.
