Job summary

Fiduciary Real Estate Development in Milwaukee area seeks a Regional Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance for properties in Southeast Wisconsin, Illinois, and nearby locations. You will travel weekly to Illinois properties and support the entire region, not tied to a single home property.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of residential maintenance experience.
• EPA 608 refrigerant handling certification or higher.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record and auto insurance.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of building maintenance including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, painting, appliances, pools, HVAC.
• Advanced knowledge of tools and equipment used in building maintenance, e.g., drills, meters, ladders.
• Ability to communicate effectively within properties, across departments and with the community.
• Adherence to fair housing laws, OSHA/Safety regulations, and company policies.

Overview

We are seeking a Regional Maintenance Supervisor to support the Regional Maintenance Manager and oversee maintenance for properties located in Southeast Wisconsin, Illinois, and a few locations outside Milwaukee County. This role does not require a home property; you will support the entire region.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all maintenance activities across multiple properties, ensuring all work is completed efficiently, safely, and to a high standard.
• Travel to Illinois properties weekly and may require overnight stays if working consecutive days.
• Lead, train, and mentor on-site maintenance teams, promoting a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Assist with preventive maintenance programs to sustain the long‑term health and functionality of building systems and equipment.
• Provide hands‑on support for complex maintenance issues, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other building systems.
• Ensure high levels of tenant satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and maintaining positive relationships.
• Assist with preparation and monitoring of property budgets, ensuring financial goals are met.

General Requirements

• At least 5 years of residential maintenance experience.
• EPA 608 refrigerant handling certification or higher.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record and auto insurance.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) preferred.
• Advanced knowledge and proficiency of building maintenance principles, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, painting, appliances, swimming pools, plowing, and HVAC.
• Advanced knowledge of tools and equipment used in building maintenance, e.g., electric drills, saws, voltage and gas meters, key machines, power drain cleaners, ladders, etc.
• Ability to build trust and communicate effectively within properties, across company departments, and in the community.
• Adherence to fair housing laws, OSHA/Safety regulations, and company policies (training provided).

Schedule

Full‑time hours, including weekends as needed.
