Overview
The Regional Maintenance Supervisor is responsible, under the general supervision of the Sr. Managing Director (Multifamily) for all phases of general repair maintenance, physical condition and preventative maintenance of assigned properties ensuring that the properties are maintained at all times in good physical condition with a stabilized fiscal operation.This position is the direct supervisor for the maintenance supervisors of various portfolios and requires someone who is passionate about taking care of the customer and promoting good teamwork.
