Qualifications

• Experience supervising maintenance across multi-property environments.
• HVAC & CPO certifications required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate with the Regional Service Director and team.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders and prepare units for new occupants.
• Assist Regional Service Director with annual maintenance budgeting and capital projects.
• Inspect properties for safety, code compliance, and policy adherence.
• Provide technical maintenance support as assigned.
