Job summary

Hawthorne Residential Partners in Houston is seeking a Regional Maintenance Support Supervisor to oversee work orders, vacancy turns, and special projects under the Regional Service Director. You will help manage budgets for common and capital projects and inspect properties for safety and code compliance.

This role requires HVAC & CPO certifications, at least 5 years as a maintenance supervisor, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders and turn vacancy apartments.
• Assist on budgets for yearly maintenance and capital projects.
• Inspect properties for safety issues, code compliance, and company policies.
• Provide technical maintenance support as assigned.
• Communicate progress weekly with the Regional Service Director.
• Comply with Hawthorne procedures, policies, and quality standards.
• Assist with any other tasks or projects as required.

Regional Maintenance Support Supervisor – Hawthorne Residential Partners

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders, turn vacant apartments, or complete special projects as assigned by the Regional Service Director.
• Assist the Regional Service Director on budgets for yearly common maintenance and capital projects.
• Assist the Regional Service Director on inspecting properties for safety issues, code compliance, and Hawthorne company policies.
• Provide technical maintenance support as assigned.
• Communicate with the Regional Service Director as needed to discuss progress, issues, and concerns weekly.
• Comply with all Hawthorne procedures, policies, quality standards, and maintain a professional appearance of Hawthorne Residential Partners.
• Assist with any other tasks or projects as required.

Qualifications

• HVAC & CPO Certifications.
• At least 5 years’ experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or similar position.
• Current valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds.
• Strong communication skills (phone, writing, in person).
• Team leadership and the ability to lead by example.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and receptiveness to coaching.
• Passion for contributing locally.
