Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a senior operations leader to direct maintenance and automation reliability across distribution centers in the Southern Region. You will supervise site maintenance management, ensuring safety, asset reliability, operational performance, and staffing excellence.

You will partner with Supply Chain Operations to optimize asset availability, throughput, cost of ownership, and adherence to policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and at least 4 years of experience in a supply chain or business role.
• High School/GED plus 7 years of experience in a supply chain or business role.
• At least 2 years contributing to financial decisions in the workplace.
• Experience leading teams, including cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Translates strategic goals into actionable maintenance tactics and objectives.
• Oversees maintenance and reliability programs to maximize asset availability.
• Manages departmental budgets and capital expenditures.
• Develops and mentors staff through onboarding, training and performance management.
• Partners with senior leadership to align maintenance with business priorities and drive continuous improvement.
