Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a senior leader to drive maintenance and reliability across multiple regional distribution centers. You will oversee safety, asset reliability, and operational performance while aligning maintenance initiatives with Supply Chain priorities.

You will guide budgeting, staffing, and leadership development, while partnering with regional teams to maximize asset availability, throughput, and total cost of ownership.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in supply chain or business.
Minimum 4 years in a supply chain or business role.
At least 2 years leading or cross-functional teams.
Willing to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

Executes and/or oversees processes with long-term perspective to translate strategic goals into actionable tactics.
Develops innovative approaches and solutions supporting department and division strategies.
Interacts with senior management on cross-functional matters and influences decisions.
Creates and fosters a high-performance culture emphasizing engagement, accountability and continuous improvement.
Manages relationships with third-party service providers including vendor selection and performance.
Transfers knowledge across teams to promote teamwork and achieve objectives.
