Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance department at our Indiana facility. You will oversee daily operations, scheduling, and staff performance to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant warehouse maintenance.

The role emphasizes training, development, and collaboration with cross-functional teams, while maintaining high safety and quality standards aligned with Walmart values.

Qualifications

• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments.
• Minimum qualifications include an industrial degree or certification with supervisory experience, or a related degree with leadership.
• Alternate path includes 2 years Walmart Logistics maintenance experience with team leadership.
• Experience supervising, evaluating, mentoring, and developing managers/supervisors is valued.

Responsibilities

• Communicate goals and manage staffing and scheduling to achieve facility goals.
• Monitor productivity and analyze business reports to guide decisions.
• Supervise and develop associates and leaders in logistics operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards (OSHA, NFPA, DOT, etc.).
