• 2 years Walmart Logistics maintenance experience including supervising responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers, suppliers, and associates to coordinate activities.
• Implement the business plan for the area by managing staffing and scheduling.
• Monitor productivity and ensure safety, quality, and policy compliance.
• Develop and coach associates and leaders, assign duties, and review performance.

Education

Associate's Degree or Technical School Certification in an Industrial related field

Bachelor's Degree in a Business, Industrial, or related field

2 years Walmart Logistics maintenance experience
