Formación

• Associate's Degree or Technical School Certification in an industrial field with 1 year supervisory maintenance experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Industrial, or related field with 1 year supervisory experience.
• 2 years Walmart Logistics maintenance experience including six months leading a team.

Responsabilidades

• Communicate goals and schedule staffing to meet facility goals.
• Monitor productivity and analyze business reports.
• Ensure safety and quality by training associates on policies and procedures.
• Supervise and develop associates and leaders.
• Oversee maintenance department operations and compliance with regulations.
• Manage expenses and budget adherence.
