Job Description

The Regional Maintenance Manager is responsible for the overall management of multiple fulfillment center locations within a specific region/geographic area. Builds and fosters relationships with customers and other key stakeholders. Oversees quality and efficiencies of services provided, staffing, budget, short/long range planning, problem solving, new products/service deliveries, and employee development.

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities

1. Lead, coordinate, and oversee maintenance, facility support activities, and site locations.
2. Develop and implement employee development and succession plans. Supervise Senior Maintenance Managers and Maintenance Managers.
3. Maintain positive customer relations, identify needs, and develop retention strategies.
4. Establish and oversee quality assurance processes to ensure high service levels.
5. Monitor budgets, plan for future financial needs.
6. Participate in site and overall planning activities with senior management and clients.
7. Develop performance analytics, analyze trends, and implement improvement strategies.
8. Ensure safety and efficiency in team operations.
