Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance team in ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and safety of all manufacturing equipment. The ideal candidate will have experience in preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and team leadership within a heavy industrial environment.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or relevant technical field) preferred.
• 5+ years of maintenance management experience in a heavy manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Location & Job Details:

• Location: Chicago, Illinois
• Job Type: Permanent
• Salary: $120,000 - 150,000 per year
• Work Hours: 8am to 4pm
• Education: Bachelor's degree

Responsibilities:
