Job summary

Air Products is seeking an experienced Regional Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance organization across the West Gulf Coast HYCO Subregion. You will drive maintenance execution, improve plant reliability, and optimize costs while developing regional talent in collaboration with Operations, Engineering, and Technical teams.

The role requires strong leadership, deep maintenance knowledge, and a proven track record in safety, reliability, and continuous improvement within industrial

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in maintenance, engineering, operations, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of people leadership or management experience.
• Demonstrated success in improving safety, reliability, quality, and maintenance performance.
• Ability to travel up to 50% within the assigned region.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Maintenance Management, or another technical discipline preferred.
• Experience supporting industrial manufacturing, chemical, petrochemical, energy, or process plant operations preferred.
• Proven leadership experience managing multi-site maintenance organizations and technical teams.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance and reliability best practices.
• Experience with maintenance planning, budgeting, outage management, and capital project support.

Responsibilities

• Lead the maintenance organization supporting production facilities across the West Gulf Coast HYCO Subregion.
• Drive consistency in maintenance execution and improve plant reliability.
• Optimize maintenance costs and develop maintenance talent across the region.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, and Technical teams to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable plant performance.
• Support long-term business objectives of the organization.
• Reports to the North America Maintenance Manager.
