Job summary

Titan America is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance across North and South Carolina ready mix plants and mobile equipment. You will guide the maintenance department, optimize reliability, reduce costs, and ensure safety standards are met.

The role requires hands-on leadership, budgeting acumen, and strong collaboration with engineering, operations, and suppliers to drive continuous improvement and plant performance.

Qualifications

• Multi-skilled professional with experience in organizing repair and maintenance of machinery (electronic and mechanical).
• Minimum 10 years’ experience maintaining equipment in an industrial or commercial setting.
• 5-7 years supervisory or management experience in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; college degree preferred.
• Experience with mobile equipment and ready mix concrete plant maintenance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drives maintenance schedule and tracks program performance against KPIs.
• Oversees troubleshooting and coordination of technical projects with suppliers and engineers.
• Reviews maintenance results for safety and industry standards compliance.
• Manages the asset system, budgets, and capital project planning.
• Promotes safety, leads the maintenance team, and ensures regulatory compliance.
