Titan America in Tampa, FL is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor Lead to manage shift maintenance for ready-mix heavy equipment, trucks and plant systems. This salaried non-exempt role reports to the Regional Maintenance Manager and emphasizes safety, reliability and team leadership.

The ideal candidate will have strong supervisory experience, knowledge of CMMS (DataStream) and familiarity with heavy-industrial plants and fleet management. Fluent English required; Spanish a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 4+ years supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of ready-mix operations preferred.
• General knowledge of heavy industrial plants and fleet management.
• Inventory management skills required.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel).
• Fluent in English; Spanish language a plus.

Responsabilités

• Supervise execution of work orders to ensure safety, quality, and timeliness.
• Responsible for PM inspections and PM repairs.
• Ensure proper CMMS (DataStream) utilization.
• Maintain adherence to safety rules and company policies.
• Assign staff to maximize production equipment availability.
• Train and cross-train employees to support operations and vacancies.
• Lead safety initiatives and conduct periodic safety meetings.
• Maintain records and reports required by the organization.
• Control costs by proposing alternative approaches in daily tasks.
• Coordinate with planner for weekly production plan.
• Stay informed on maintenance and production issues at the plant.
• Prioritize work based on plant needs and resources.
• Plan work orders ensuring labor, parts, services availability; coordinate with procurement.
