Qualifications

• Licensed Nursing Home Administrator with MA license.
• Minimum 3 years as a Skilled Nursing Facility Administrator.
• Strong knowledge of local, state and federal regulations.
• Professional demeanor and leadership ability.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Genuine commitment to improving residents' lives.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the facility's programs and activities per regulations.
• Implement written policies and procedures and professional standards of practice governing operations.
• Coach department leaders to build an extraordinary team.
• Ensure compliance by all employees, residents, visitors with policies.
• Coordinate Quality Assurance and related improvement projects to enhance resident experience and outcomes.
• Engage and manage the survey and ombudsman processes.
• Conduct community awareness programs to inform the public about facility programs and services.
• Assist QA and Assessment Committee in plans of action to correct identified quality deficiencies.
• Schedule and participate in departmental meetings for ongoing information sharing.
• Assist department directors with training and orientation programs to ensure current material.
• ReglaCare requires evidence of COVID-19 vaccination for all personnel and affiliates present at a facility.
