Job summary

Envision Cold is seeking a Regional Maintenance Manager to lead refrigeration and facility maintenance across a multi-site West region. The role anchors at a home facility and travels to sites to support operations, coach site leaders, and ensure safety and compliance.

You will own vendor relationships for non-refrigeration trades, manage budgets, and drive preventive maintenance programs, CMMS rollout, and PSM/EPA compliance across the region.

Qualifications

• 7+ years progressive maintenance experience in industrial, warehouse, manufacturing, or cold storage environments.
• 3–5 years in a maintenance leadership role with multi-site or regional scope.
• Hands-on experience maintaining ammonia and/or Freon refrigeration systems.
• Experience with OSHA PSM and EPA RMP compliance.
• Experience managing outsourced facilities/vendors with SLAs and scorecards.
• Willingness to travel ~50% of the time.
• Certifications: RETA CARO/CIRO, EPA 608, OSHA 10/30, HAZWOPER.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first responder for refrigeration and equipment issues across the region.
• Lead day-to-day facility maintenance at the home site and coach site leaders.
• Oversee facilities vendor performance and SLAs; escalate issues as needed.
• Develop preventive/predictive maintenance programs and CMMS rollout.
• Ensure OSHA/EPA, PHAs, MOC, and PSSR compliance across sites.
• Manage regional budgets and capital projects; drive continuous improvement.
