Mercy is seeking a Regional Float Pool LPN for the East Region, providing licensed nursing care across multiple Mercy facilities in the St. Louis area. The role requires flexibility to float to various units and hospitals while maintaining high standards of patient care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• Current LPN license in the hiring state and must meet State Board requirements.
• 1 year of bedside LPN experience for Med Surg; 2 years for ED/ICU.
• Certifications: Med Surg requires BLS; CC requires BLS/ACLS; ED requires BLS/ACLS/PALS; IV certification required.

Responsibilities

• Float between Mercy hospitals in the St. Louis region.
• Provide direct nursing care per standards of nursing practice for adult/geriatric patients.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized nursing care.
• Maintain licensure and certifications and participate in continuing education.
