Qualifications

• Ability to handle difficult situations with diplomacy.

• Ability to maintain records and documentation.
• Ability to travel between stores within a region with a valid driver’s license.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Understanding of Civil and Criminal Laws.

Responsibilities

• Conduct surveillance to detect internal and external theft and handle situations according to company standards.
• Conduct routine inspections of the facility to maintain physical security and protection of assets.
• Monitor CCTV systems, if applicable.
• Enforce company security and loss prevention procedures.
• Conduct daily store audits; conduct weekly receiving and out-of-code audits.
• Interview employees only when instructed by the Director of Security and Loss Prevention.
• Represent the company in legal matters when required and report dispositions of all cases.
• Maintain and submit documentation including apprehension reports, warnings, audits and weekly reports.
