Responsibilities

• Detect, report and resolve theft and asset loss according to Company standards.
• Conduct surveillance to detect internal and external theft and handle situations accordingly.
• Inspect the facility regularly to protect assets and maintain security.
• Monitor CCTV systems where applicable.
• Enforce security and loss prevention procedures.
• Conduct daily store audits and weekly receiving audits.
• Perform weekly out-of-code audits.
• Interview employees only when instructed by the Director of Security and Loss Prevention.
• Represent the company in court when needed and report outcomes.
• Report policy violations to Store Director and Director of Security and Loss Prevention.
• Maintain and submit documentation including apprehensions, warnings, audits, and weekly reports.
• Document hours worked and mileage reimbursement.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the director.
• Represent Redner's Markets professionally and set a positive example for associates.
• Abide by all company policies as stated in the Employee Handbook.
