Job summary

Roadtex Transportation, now part of Echo Global Logistics, seeks a Regional Load Planning Lead to oversee the regional team responsible for planning and coordinating shipments for clients.

You will collaborate with carriers, warehouses, and customers to optimize load configurations, reduce transportation costs, and ensure on-time deliveries while adhering to safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and developing a team.
• 4+ years in load planning or a similar role.
• Bachelor's/Associate degree in transportation or logistics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement regional load planning strategy to reduce costs while preserving on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with warehouses, carriers, and customers on schedules and priorities.
• Lead issue resolution for delays and load discrepancies.
• Monitor load data and KPIs using TMS and reporting tools.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
• Mentor and manage the Regional Load Planning team.
