Job summary

Ten Lifestyle Group is seeking a bold, collaborative Head of Lifestyle for the [Region] in New York to translate our global Lifestyle Proposition into a locally leading offering. You will lead strategy across Dining, Retail, and Entertainment, drive partnerships, and deliver measurable client and revenue outcomes.

You will role-model inclusivity, collaborate with regional and global teams, and empower a high-performing staff to anticipate challenges and deliver exceptional member experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in senior partnerships, business development, or category leadership within Lifestyle sectors (Dining, Retail, Entertainment, or Luxury).
• Strong track record in delivering regional strategies aligned with global objectives.
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to develop and retain high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Define bold, forward-looking strategies for Dining, Retail, and Entertainment across the region.
• Develop, execute, and communicate the Lifestyle Proposition regional strategy.
• Drive cross-propositional commercial opportunities and ensure revenue growth.
• Anticipate challenges and create contingency plans to secure results.
• Lead and inspire a diverse team with inclusive leadership and One Team culture.
• Represent Ten and the Lifestyle Proposition in client meetings and industry events.
• Monitor performance against goals and drive continuous improvement.
