Job summary

Trinity Property Consultants, LLC in Dallas is seeking a Regional Manager to lead and support a portfolio of student housing communities across multiple states. You will drive operational excellence, financial performance, and team success while mentoring on-site leaders and optimizing resident experience.

The role offers a remote, flexible style with strong on-site presence, regular travel, and a base salary of $115,000 to $120,000 per year plus a 28% annual performance bonus, paid quarterly.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as a Property Manager and 2 years as a Regional Manager in multifamily student housing.
• CPM, CAM, RMP, or CMCA certifications preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office, SharePoint, ADP; experience with Yardi, Entrata, Asana and EliseAI desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of communities and ensure operational and financial goals are met.
• Prepare, review, and approve annual operating budgets for each property.
• Monitor expenses through PO approval and vendor management.
• Conduct monthly financial reviews to address variances and profitability.
• Lead capital improvements to maintain competitive market position.
