The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in Lean methodologies, with expertise in project management and strong analytical skills. The position requires onsite work Monday through Friday with regular travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required for the role.
• 8+ years in Lean Manufacturing, especially in automotive.
• Experience in purchasing, program management, manufacturing or supply chain management.

Responsibilities

• Manage CI strategies across the organization.
• Support Plant/Site Managers in Lean tool application.
• Ensure compliance with lean deployment in projects.
