Job summary

Worldwide Flight Services (WFS) is hiring a Regional Continuous Improvement Manager – MIA to drive Lean/CI initiatives across multiple stations. You will train teams, implement PDCA-based problem solving, and lead value-stream improvements to elevate operational and financial performance.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and collaboration with CI Directors and Operations. The position emphasizes Lean/Six Sigma applications, cross-functional engagement, and strategic project

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred or equivalent experience.
• Experience coaching at multiple organizational levels.
• Willingness to travel (<10% travel).

Responsibilities

• Be a liaison to the CI Director for the station.
• Train, coach and facilitate Lean/CI concepts and principles (e.g., Toyota Kata Process, MDI, A3 Thinking) based on PDCA.
• Develop business and departmental transformation plans using value-stream thinking with CI Champions and Operations Managers.
• Support deployment of the WFS Value System in facilities and drive CI transformation plans to meet strategic goals.
• Measure and document impact of process improvements on business results.
