Abbott is seeking a Regional Leadless Specialist to support adoption of leadless CRM technology across Boston, MA, Springfield, MA, and Hartford, CT. This field-based position emphasizes technical, clinical, and educational support to grow therapy adoption.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in a technical field, 3+ years in medical devices, and strong communication and collaboration skills. Significant travel is expected to engage clinicians and teams nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent/related experience.
• Minimum 3 years clinical medical device experience or equivalent, ideally CRM products.
• Ability to analyze technologically complex devices and convey findings clearly.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to influence customers.

Responsabilités

• Educates physicians, nurses, and other health care providers on leadless pacing indications and selection.
• Provide procedural support per instructions for use and best practices.
• Assist in education and training activities for Abbott personnel.
• Stay updated on clinical data regarding leadless CRM products.
• Coordinate programs to expand market access and therapy adoption.
• Provide market intelligence to refine training and expansion plans.
• Liaise with marketing for product feedback and improvements.
• Complete administrative reporting as assigned.
• Plan and organize work effectively while monitoring performance.
